Making Progress!

We made a lot of progress on the Junk Room last weekend! We cleaned out the guest bedroom closet, the hall closet and we consolidated, organized and gave away! It felt great! Now I can concentrate on paint, furniture and all the trimmings! YAH! Also...we went to the doctor on Friday and heard the heartbeat. It was 157. Things are still good. We scheduled our next sonogram for Monday, June 9. We should be able to find out the sex at that appointment. I am not leaving until we find out so Judy better bring her best sonogramming game. My belly is really sticking out now. We went to Chili's on Sunday and ran into one of my former students from PHS. She asked me how far along I was and I was shocked! Randy said, "You look pregnant!" I do? Really? I guess I do. I am pregnant. I wake up every morning and tell myself there is a baby in there. But I still don't really believe it.

Growing Baby Lew!

What a belly! 16 weeks and 3 days. My next appointment is on Friday and at that time I will schedule THE sonogram! Yes, the big one! I can hardly wait. All my suscipions will be confirmed that this little thing is a Baby Boy! I am in a holding pattern now. We have made a little bit of progress on the junk room but once we know more we will get it whipped into shape quickly!

Precious Edee Sue!

The top photo is Wendee and me at her baby shower! We had such a great time catching up and it was fun to see her growing belly! The bottom photo is Wendee's new baby girl. She was born on May 7th around 6:30 in the evening! She is such a precious miracle and I can't wait to hold her in person!

Gibbins Family on Mother's Day!

Mother's Day

Wow! Mother's Day sure was fun! I got cards and gifts that were totally unexpected. I think I can used to that quickly! :) Here is one of my first belly shots! 15 WEEKS!! Only 25 to go!! Ugh!

Cleaning out!

Saturday we began cleaning out the "Junk Room"! It's hard for me to believe that a baby will actually live in there one day. But we are preparing nevertheless. It was quite a task and I felt overwhelmed most of the day. I have cleaned that room out so many times and it seems like the junk just multiplies every year. I thought it would be fun to post these before shots so that we can keep track of the progression. I have a feeling that when we find out the sex, this room will be transformed overnight!
